Job summary

Invited is an Outside Services Attendant role at the club, delivering outstanding service to members and guests. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a smooth golf experience.

You will marshal carts, assist with etiquette guidance, and work with golf operations staff to provide a seamless, enjoyable experience for every golfer, while staying safety-conscious and professional outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bags for golfers and prepare them for play.
• Answer questions, offer etiquette guidance, and provide post-round support.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and report issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cart barn, practice areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up practice areas and stock equipment such as range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep areas stocked.
