Job summary

Topgolf invites friendly, energetic team players to join our Rhode Island venue. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and reservations, and share information about games, promotions, and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills for reservations. You will help with clubs, maintain clean facilities, and support retail operations while providing an engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities
