Description

Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Its core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all.

The Golf Sales Lead is responsible for leading the Golf Experience Team in guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement by highlighting all the fun that golf and Five Iron have to offer.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience through pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.
  2. Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food & beverage offerings. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell.
  3. Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology, ensuring guests have the best experience, and connect them with leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
  4. Oversee sales, execution, and management of leagues and tournaments throughout the year.
  5. Build community relationships, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
  6. Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer service inquiries.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
  8. Ensure guest satisfaction and fun at Five Iron Golf, taking pride in guest experience.
  9. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food, alcohol, and cleanliness.
  10. Verify guests' legal drinking age.
  11. Assist with closing duties as needed.
  12. Demonstrate strong leadership and lead by example.
  13. Exhibit excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  14. Maintain an upbeat, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  15. Manage customer expectations and think on your feet.
  16. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team.
  17. Be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  18. Stand, walk, bend for long periods, and maneuver stairs.
  19. Obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.

Pay: $24/hour + Commission (OTE $60k+)
