Job description

Overview

Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position involves delivering in-depth club fitting knowledge and possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to clients. They are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assisting with all store operations as required by their manager.

Experience Required

Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is REQUIRED.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences.
  2. Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process.
  3. Oversee customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for their studio and personal clients.
  4. Maintain brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards.
  5. Operate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
  6. Build golf clubs to the industry’s tightest tolerances.
  7. Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
