Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Atlantic Fields location is seeking a Golf Retail Assistant to join the Retail Department. You will help manage shop operations and provide outstanding service to members and guests, contributing to the Discovery Land Company experience.

Responsibilities include assisting the Retail Manager, processing transactions, merchandising, and supporting events while maintaining store presentation and guest relations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail operations and customer service experience preferred.
• 6+ months hospitality or customer service in fast-paced luxury environments preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale Systems (Jonas or TEI preferred).
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager with day-to-day operation of Retail.
• Provide exceptional service to members, guests and team members.
• Greet guests and members, anticipate needs and respond promptly.
• Record transactions using the POS system.
• Drive sales through member relationships and knowledge of brands.
