Job summary

The City of New Braunfels is seeking a Golf Programs Group professional to assist in managing the Golf Programs and daily Pro Shop operations at Landa Park Golf Course. You will deliver quality customer service, supervise staff, and coordinate tee times and merchandise operations.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree or 5+ years golf course experience, and be progressing toward PGA membership, with PAT completed and Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years golf course experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and instruction to patrons; enforces golf course rules.
• Participates in daily Pro Shop operations and manages inventory, pricing, and sales of merchandise.
• Manages tee-time reservations, check-in and fee collection, and cash handling at the Pro Shop.
• Assists with training of staff and volunteers; oversees policy implementation and golfer handicapping services.
