Job summary

Golf Galaxy in Appleton, WI is seeking a Golf Pro to grow a robust student base through safe, high-quality instruction and trusted advice. You’ll collaborate with fitters and teammates to tailor lessons to each golfer, from beginners to enthusiasts, while driving member engagement and sales.

Responsibilities include community outreach with local organizations to promote fitting, lessons, and the Golf Galaxy experience, and partnering with staff to share knowledge and elevate the Trusted Advisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in golf instruction or related role.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting via experience and/or OEM training.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2.
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf equipment & related technology.
• Desire for continued learning and teaching others.
• Stays current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships.
• The Golf Pro engages in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach, support, and promote the Golf Galaxy experience.
• Golf Professional collaborates with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience during fittings and lessons.
