Job summary

Golf Galaxy is seeking a Golf Professional to build a robust student base through high-quality lessons and trusted advice. You will work with clients to identify goals, adapt teaching styles, and foster long-term relationships as part of our teaching and fitting teams.

You will engage in community outreach, promoting our fitting, lessons, and club tech services while collaborating with Certified Fitters to deliver exceptional customer experiences across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in golf instruction or sales.
• Active PGA or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience or OEM training.
• Trackman Level 1 and 2 certified.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf equipment and technology.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments, high quality instruction, and lasting relationships with students.
• Lead community outreach by partnering with local organizations to promote Golf Galaxy services.
• Collaborate with Certified Fitters to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience during fittings.
