Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in golf instruction or related role.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience or OEM training.
• PGA/LPGA member status via Associate Program progression.
• Trackman Level 1 & Trackman Level 2.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf equipment and related technology.
• Desire for ongoing learning and teaching others.
• Stays current with golf industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments and high-quality instruction.
• Identify swing strengths/weaknesses and tailor lessons as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with fitters and teammates to enhance the teaching experience.
