Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Colorado is seeking a Golf Professional to teach, fit clubs, and build a robust student base. You will assess swings, tailor lessons, and act as a Trusted Advisor for each golfer.

Collaborating with certified fitters, you will help deliver a superior House of Sport experience and drive sales through expert instruction. PGA/LPGA Class A or Apprentice tracks with Trackman levels are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training.
• PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for golf equipment & related technology.
• Desire for continued learning (self) and teaching others.
• Stays current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student.
• The Golf Pro is directly involved in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach, support, and spread awareness of the DICK'S House of Sport experience.
• Golf Professional works collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience with each student.
