Summary

Responsible for daily operations in the golf pro shop, providing customer service, collecting fees, and maintaining the clubhouse's cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Fee Collection: Operate the Point of Sale system, check in customers, collect fees, and manage cash register balances. Answer phone calls.
• Cleaning and Stocking: Sweep, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, and restock beverages and snacks.

Minimum Requirements

• Current resident of Wisconsin
• Golf shop experience preferred
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 lbs.
• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of application

Additional Notes

This application process is open to permanent residents of Wisconsin at the time of application. A non-competitive examination, deemed appropriate by the Director of Human Resources, will be conducted as per Section 11, Rule 3 of the Civil Service Rules. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of application.
