Job Requirements:

1. Manage tee sheets and ensure pace of play.
2. Act as liaison between players and course management/employees.
3. Handle emergency situations.
4. Maintain the course and ensure all aspects of play run smoothly.
5. Remain professional and friendly at all times.
6. Communicate via radio, greet and start all groups prior to teeing off.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
8. Maintain desirable pace of play and monitor play on the course.
9. Educate guests, enforce rules and regulations, and remove violators if necessary.
10. Monitor weather conditions and communicate with pro shop for plans.
11. Maintain course supplies, cleanliness, greens, and repair divots and bunkers.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of basic golf (preferred).
2. Ability and willingness to learn.
3. Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and push/pull equipment during an 8-hour shift.
