In order to deliver on our commitment to customer service, we are looking to hire focused individuals to work on the front line of the golf course as Golf Course Starters & Player Assistants.

What You'll Do

As a Starter or Player Assistant, you will contribute to our guests’ experience by:

• Greeting golfers near the first tee and warm-up tee area, ensuring they have checked in with the pro shop and paid the appropriate fees before warming up and teeing off.
• Providing golfers with a verbal introduction to the golf course, including its history, designer, renovations, championships hosted, pace of play guidelines, course rules, procedures, and cart restrictions.
• Directing guests to the warm-up tee, refreshment stations, first tee, and tenth tee.
• Monitoring pace of play for all golfers, addressing pace issues or disputes as needed.
• Assisting guests with lost clubs, transportation needs, pace of play, and other guest services.

• General golf knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• A courteous and professional attitude, as the first point of contact for golfing guests
