Job summary

Tee Box Henderson is seeking a Box Pro to lead on-site member onboarding, conduct baseline assessments, and drive membership growth while delivering personalized improvement pathways.

You will bridge body mechanics and golf performance using TrackMan and 3D motion analysis, oversee daily operations, and foster a high-retention, engaged member community. Collaborate with management to ensure peak operational excellence and a welcoming club experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in TPI Level 1 is required.
• 5+ years in golf coaching, facility ops, athletic training, or golf customer service.
• Strong communication, hospitality, and sales instincts.
• Familiarity with TrackMan and video motion analysis; learn TBX systems.
• PGA/LPGA Associate or Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site member onboarding and tours, convert prospects to members.
• Provide individual and small-group coaching with tech feedback.
• Conduct TrackMan-based fittings and equipment recommendations.
• Integrate golf fitness and movement into programs.
• Organize member leagues, clinics, and events.
• Oversee bay maintenance and system calibration.
