Job summary

The Box Pro at Tee Box Central Houston leads as the on-site leader, community builder, and primary contact for new golfers. You will conduct baseline assessments, drive membership acquisition, and foster a high-retention member community while partnering with management to ensure daily operational excellence.

Responsibilities include tours, coaching with TrackMan/3D motion analysis, club fitting guidance, fitness integration, and organizing leagues and clinics to grow the member base.

Qualifications

• Baseline Certification: Active TPI Level 1.
• Advanced TPI Certifications preferred: Level 2+.
• 2+ years in golf coaching, facility operations, or golf-related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging facility tours for prospective members and conduct Tee Box Assessments (TPI screens, TrackMan analysis).
• Deliver individual and small-group coaching using technology-driven feedback and movement plans.
• Conduct data-driven club fittings using TrackMan and manage equipment orders.
• Integrate golf fitness and mobility into swing-improvement programs.
