Job summary

Tee Box Central Houston is seeking a Box Pro to lead on-site coaching, onboarding, and member engagement. You’ll bridge body mechanics and golf performance, guiding members through baseline assessments, fitting, and personalized improvement plans.

As the face of the club, you’ll drive membership growth, conduct data-driven coaching, and collaborate with management to ensure operational excellence in a high-retention, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Baseline Tee Box assessment and certification as required.
• Strong interpersonal and sales instincts with ability to connect with players.

Responsibilities

• Membership onboarding & growth through facility tours and assessments.
• Coaching sessions with tech-driven feedback and movement plans.
• Club fitting & equipment advisory using TrackMan.
• Integrate golf fitness and mobility into swing improvement programs.
• Engage members with leagues, clinics, and events.
• Maintain bay and system calibration for peak performance.
