We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicatedGolf Outside Services Attendantto serve as a concierge for our members on the golf course. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the golfing experience, and ensuring that members feel welcomed and valued throughout their time at our club.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance.
• Efficiently handle members’ bags and equipment, ensuring they are safely stored and transported to and from the course.
• Provide members with up-to-date information on course conditions, tee-times, and other relevant details to enhance their golfing experience.
• Anticipate members’ needs and offer a personalized service, including arranging for refreshments, assisting with equipment needs, and facilitating any special requests.
• Monitor the golf course and practice areas, reporting any issues or necessary maintenance to ensure optimal playing conditions.
• Assist in the setup and execution of club events, tournaments, and special occasions, providing support to the event staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational protocols, including adherence to the club’s policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other staff members, including the Pro Shop, maintenance crew, and food & beverage team, to provide a seamless experience for members and guests.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or golf-related roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with members and guests.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Schedule may vary in accordance with operational needs to include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Colonial Country Club hosts various events and tournaments throughout the year, flexibility is required.
