Legal requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in golf operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in golf operations and customer service at a private or resort golf facility.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a prompt, professional manner.
• Assist with golf shop merchandising, teaching and club fittings.
• Coordinate tournaments and events; monitor pace of play.
• Prepare written reports and memos clearly and concisely.
• Maintain files, manage tasks, and respond to member concerns.
