You will assist management, deliver exceptional golf experiences, and collaborate with the team to execute tournaments and services. The role requires strong hospitality, knowledge of golf rules, and familiarity with golf software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; PGA/LPGA certification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with golf software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of hospitality to members, guests, and team members.
• Greet members and guests and ensure exceptional experiences.
• Maintain understanding of the golf operation, rules, and procedures.
• Open/close procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Assist in organizing and running tournaments and events.
• Organize and manage play to ensure high service levels.
• Maintain familiarity with merchandise to support sales and service.
• Support other golf department operations as needed.
