Five Iron Golf Indianapolis LLC is looking for a Guest Services Expert in Indianapolis to oversee golf operations alongside the General Manager of Performance. You will deliver warm hospitality, manage facility duties, and ensure seamless golf simulator experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, event-driven membership growth, and collaboration with the Director of Golf to meet quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Passion for the game of golf.
• Hospitality, hotel or golf course/club, or sports management experience preferred.
• Exemplary communication, time management and organization skills.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Availability to be present in the space primarily mornings/afternoons, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager of Performance to carry out duties managing facility.
• Provide above-and-beyond service to guests with a friendly face.
• Present to open the location in the mornings and weekends to facilitate golf operations.
• Proficiency in golf simulator technology; maintain quality control of simulators.
• Build relationships within the community and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and organize golf bag storage and all equipment.
• Know products and work with the Director of Golf to hit quarterly sales targets.
• Build the membership community through events and local reciprocity efforts.
• Check in with Guests throughout their booking to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and deliver premium service.
• Follow health and safety regulations and verify guests' legal drinking age.
