UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA HOST PROPERTIES INC is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist daily golf operations and enhance the member experience. You will interact with members and guests, support front-line service, and help maintain smooth course operations.

Essential duties include managing golfer round starts, organizing cart fleets, coordinating with the Pro Shop, and preparing workstations for shifts, all while delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the commencement of golfer rounds by providing information relevant to current course conditions, cart rules, and playing advice.
• Professionally assemble cart fleet in staging area each day before business begins, ensuring carts are stocked and clean.
• Coordinate with Pro Shop for duties for day’s business levels, practice range requirements, and group needs for events.
• Prepare workstation for day’s duties (Bag drop, Starter, Cart attendant, Range attendant) and perform daily preparations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and set the example of high-quality service.
