Arcis Golf is seeking a Professional Golf Instructor/Coach at The Woodlands Country Club, The Woodlands, TX. The role focuses on managing all phases of golf lessons under the Director of Instruction, delivering high-quality coaching to players of all levels, and enhancing member experiences.

Responsibilities include organizing programs for juniors to competitive players, supporting adaptive golf initiatives, and collaborating with fitters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach players of diverse ages and skill levels.
• Comfort with swing mechanics and athletic movement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf lesson programming with the Director of Instruction and coaching team.
• Assist in organizing instructional programs for juniors, adults, beginners to competitive golfers, and social coaching.
• Engage in Adaptive Student Lesson Programs and work with club fitter on student club needs.
• Attend regular team meetings and educational events; interact with members and guests daily.
