Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for The Woodlands Country Club - Tournament Course, The Woodlands, TX. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, supervise staff, uphold quality standards, and enhance the guest and member experience.

The role requires turf management knowledge, 4–5 years supervisory experience, and pesticide license eligibility. PGA Tour event experience is a plus, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Turf Management or related field, or progressive golf industry experience.
• 4–5 years supervisory experience on a golf course management team.
• State Certified Pesticide License or ability to obtain within 60 days; irrigation management experience.
• PGA Tour event experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises, and assists maintenance department day-to-day activities while maintaining quality standards.
• Promotes Arcis Golf’s philosophies to employees, members, and guests.
• Assists superintendent with supervision and growth of the agronomy team.
