Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Professional Golf Instructor/Coach at The Woodlands CC to lead high-quality lessons and drive participation in coaching programs and on-course play.

You will build strong member relationships, oversee all phases of lesson programming, and engage with juniors to adults across skill levels while maintaining professional standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in delivering high-quality golf instruction
• Experience coaching diverse skill levels from juniors to competitive players
• Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals and coaching concepts
• Biomechanics and 3D data understanding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the lesson programming with the Director of Instruction and Coaching Team.
• Organize and stage instructional programs for juniors, adults, beginners to competitive golfers.
• Engage in social coaching programs and adaptive student lesson programs.
• Collaborate with The Refinery/Academy Club Fitter on students’ club fitting needs.
• Attend team meetings and educational events; maintain lesson bays clean and organized.

As a Professional Golf Instructor/Coach Team member you are responsible for supporting in the management of day-to-day instruction programming. In this role, you will strive to promote an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. This role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction, building strong member relationships, and driving participation in coaching programs, events, and on-course play.
