Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day golf operations at The Woodlands, TX. You will work with the Head Golf Professional to ensure a seamless experience for members and guests, delivering high-quality service and elevated on-course experiences.

The role requires a level one certification or higher, plus 2 years of college or equivalent experience, with a background in golf operations and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional and other team members.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff.
