Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in New York is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair and Accessories areas, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, returns and promotions, maintain premiere stock and visual presentation, and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge for golf clubs and fittings. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around the store, and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate business acumen and self-accountability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service.
• Support Hard Goods areas: Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation to drive sales and customer experience.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with club fittings and demonstrations.
• Maintain clean, operational Hard Goods areas and equipment.
