Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Hard Goods Associate to engage customers in the Hard Goods areas, drive sales, and elevate the shopping experience. You will assist with club fittings, merchandise presentation, and front-end operations like returns and promotions while maintaining a clean, professional store environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork to support store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service.
• Work in Hard Goods areas: Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories.
• Manage returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions and loyalty programs as needed.
• Assist with club fittings and maintain premiere visual presentation of Hard Goods areas.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and promote offerings to Customers.
