Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Hard Goods Associate in Greenville to assist Customers in Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair and Accessories, and to drive sales with a premiere merchandise presentation.

You will assist with front-end operations, help with club fittings, and deliver world-class service. Candidates should have strong communication, basic computer skills, and a High School diploma. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication; cross-functional communication.
• Computer: basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back.
• Engage Customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).
• Maintain knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.
• Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.
• Ensure Hard Goods areas and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
• Execution of proper customer fittings in accordance with trained fitting techniques.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
