Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is seeking a Golf Guest Services Attendant to deliver an exceptional golf experience. You will be the face of our golf operation, guiding Toptracer guests and assisting around the course with warmth and professionalism.

You will rotate through our standard operations and the Toptracer Range, learning golf industry standards, maintaining clean facilities, assisting guests across touchpoints, and ensuring a memorable, welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and engaging information about the Toptracer venue and gameplay features.

Role

As a Golf Guest Services Attendant, you are integral to delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. You'll be the face of our golf operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to superb service and personalized attention. From maintaining pristine facilities, create a welcoming and safe experience for Top Tracer guests, providing seamless assistance around the course, your role is key to fostering a memorable atmosphere. This role will rotate through our normal operation and Toptracer Range.
