As the Golf Operations Intern - Outside Services, you will partner with the Hill Country Golf Club leadership team throughout a seasonal internship program to gain hands-on experience in the daily operation of a premier golf resort. Working directly with the Outside Services team and golf leadership, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional arrival, pre-round, and post-round experience for resort guests, members, and daily-fee golfers. This position provides exposure to golf operations, guest service, tournament execution, golf cart and fleet operations, and the overall management of a high-volume golf facility.
During the program, you will support daily outside operations while developing valuable leadership, communication, and operational skills. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-minded, dependable, and interested in pursuing a career in the golf industry.
