Job summary

Loch Lloyd Country Club in Missouri is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to ensure a premium golf experience for members and guests, including cart preparation and attentive service.

You will greet players, assist in the Pro Shop as needed, keep carts clean and organized, maintain practice areas, and help manage arrival times and course flow.

This role requires a neat, professional appearance, a valid driver's license, knowledge of golf, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a country club setting preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of golf.
• Familiar with emergency procedures and safety rules.
• Knowledge of golf cart maintenance and preparation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the member and guest golfing experience is consistently remarkable and efficient.
• Prepare golf carts, charging and stocking with towels, scorecards, pins, pencils, and ice.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly presentation of carts.
• Greet members and guests, transport clubs, and assist as requested.
• Communicate with the Pro Shop about arriving members.
• Clean clubs used by members and verify tee sheet accuracy.
• Help keep practice areas clean and stocked with balls and tees.
• Assist in Pro Shop as needed and provide excellent customer service.
