• Communicate complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Assist in conducting golf tournaments alongside Golf Shop staff.
• Support course policies as communicated by management.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance


• Transport carts to and from the cart barn daily


• Clean, water, and check carts after each use and restock as required


• Clean and maintain the cart barn


• Ensure the carts are available for player use at all times


• Receive and communicate complaints to the Golf Shop


• Work closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments


• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management


• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
