Twice in Lewisburg, PA is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to support daily golf operations. You will care for the golf cart fleet, assist players, and coordinate with the Pro Shop for tournament events.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliable attendance, and a friendly demeanor while ensuring carts are clean, fueled, and ready for use throughout the day. Experience with golf is preferred; strong communication and people skills are essential; you will work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Moves carts from the cart barn each morning and returns them at day’s end.
• Cleans, fuels, and checks carts after each use.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Pro Shop.
• Works closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Golf Cart Attendant reports directly to the Golf Course Head Professional or Assistant Golf Professional and attends to the golf cart fleet and driving range.

Experience Required

• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable
• Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
