Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a golf cart attendant to support guests on the course with cart preparation, loading/unloading clubs, and maintaining equipment. You will help ensure carts are clean, fueled or charged, and ready, while assisting golfers and directing them to carts for a smooth experience.

The position emphasizes friendly guest interaction, adherence to golf rules, and contributing to a high standard of service across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of golf and its rules.
• Positive guest interaction and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cart maintenance: Clean, wash, refuel, and charge golf carts; inspect for damage.
• Guest assistance: Greet golfers, help load/unload clubs, direct to carts.
• Organization and storage: Stage carts, return to cart barn, proper storage.
• Range operations: Collect range balls and stock driving range where applicable.
• Customer service: Provide friendly, professional service and positive experience.
• Other duties: Assist with tournament setup and related tasks.
