Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide accurate product information.
• Drives sales through product recommendations and deep knowledge of athlete needs.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert for store area.
• Serves as go-to expert in designated process areas to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranties, private label credit card).
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
