Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods on foot (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively assist customers to understand their needs.
• Follow merchandising floor sets and presentation standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and product offerings.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
