Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds store merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs.
• Creates a store environment where everyone is welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
