Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally.
• Stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and signage.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOP policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
