Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Support shopping experience with product knowledge and brand standards.
• Uphold merchandising, floor sets, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranties, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and policies; maintain confidentiality.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and assist across the team; perform other tasks.
