Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to help them shop.
• Support adherence to merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory).
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; protect confidential information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
