Paycom in Celina, TX is seeking a Midway Grille Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service while supporting daily operations and maintaining clean, welcoming dining areas.

The role requires greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and assisting with events. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with food service experience. Shifts may include weekends and events.

Qualifications

Position Information

Position Title: Midway Grille Attendant

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Midway Grille Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Part-Time, or Seasonal

Position Summary

Responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while assisting with the daily operation, cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency of the Midway Grille.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.
• Prepare simple food and beverage items as assigned.
• Process member charges, credit card transactions, and cash sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, beverage stations, and service areas.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly, work indoors and outdoors, and work weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
