Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX seeks Golf Member Services Attendants to deliver outstanding guest service and support daily golf operations across four championship courses.

In this outdoor, guest-facing role, you will greet members, assist with golf bags and carts, stock and maintain equipment, and help with tournaments and events while upholding the resort's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Outdoor work in varying Texas weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move golf bags and equipment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment from vehicles.
• Transport, tag, store, and retrieve golf bags in the bag room.
• Prepare, clean, stage, and stock golf carts for daily play.
• Store, charge, and maintain golf carts following use.
• Clean clubs for members and guests as requested.
• Support practice facility operations, including range maintenance and ball collection.
• Assist with rental club distribution, cleaning, and storage.
• Maintain organization and security of golf equipment and storage areas.
• Assist with tournament operations, group outings, and special golf events.
• Identify and report cart maintenance issues or damaged equipment.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service throughout the guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.
