Job summary

IMG Golf, Events in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks an Event Coordinator for North America to support tournament operations across IMG Golf Events. You will assist planning, coordination, and execution of operations with a focus on delivering world-class event experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in hands-on event operations, with strong vendor relations, communication skills, and willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on event operations experience.
• Proven success coordinating multiple logistical projects and timelines.
• Experience with vendor relationships including negotiations and contracts.
• Proficiency with standard office software and plotting tools (AutoCAD a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate operational timelines for tournament events.
• Support vendor identification, negotiations, and site plans.
• Manage vendor contracts to balance cost and quality.
• Develop and evaluate vendor RFPs for operations categories.
• Oversee setup, load-in/load-out, and on-site logistics across venues.
