• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, pricing changes, and inventory display.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
