• Onboards and trains new team members as subject matter expert for the store area.
• Executes processes efficiently while maintaining athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Maintains a welcoming, respectful store environment and adheres to safety policies.
