• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as SME in designated area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and engagement.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards via floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to policies and procedures.
