You will monitor tee times, coordinate with the pro shop, assist residents and guests, and promote memberships and seasonal rates while upholding course rules and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitors tee times and verifies receipts at the 1st and 10th tees.
• Applies flow of play and informs pro shop/GM of issues.
• Keeps tee time sheet up to date with pro shop staff.
• Enforces golf course dress code for residents and guests.
• Helps golfers find a game if playing solo.
• Markets golf course memberships and special rates.
• Communicates with residents and guests in a friendly manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
