Twice in Naples, FL is seeking a Golf Course Ranger to welcome players and help maintain a smooth pace of play on the course.

You will greet golfers, explain policies, answer questions, assist with lost items, and support other staff while ensuring a friendly, professional atmosphere. This outdoor role requires reliability and weekend/holiday flexibility, with golf etiquette knowledge being helpful but trainable.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service background; hospitality or golf experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules is helpful but can be trained.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• Monitor pace of play throughout the course and encourage groups to maintain proper timing in a friendly and supportive manner.
• Provide clear, courteous communication when addressing course policies, rules, and etiquette.
• Offer assistance to players, including directions, course information, and answering questions.
• Assist with locating lost clubs, balls, or personal belongings as needed.
• Promote a positive atmosphere by engaging in polite and respectful conversation with members and guests.
• Serve as an ambassador of the golf course, ensuring players feel valued and respected.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or customer service concerns to management promptly.
• Support other golf operations staff as needed.
