Job summary

Quail West Foundation is seeking a seasonal Part-Time Player Assistant to join the Golf Department. The role directs traffic on the course, enforces rules, assists members with etiquette, and coordinates with golf shop staff to address on-course issues. The ranger/ambassador must be friendly yet firm.

This seasonal position offers $16/hour, with benefits including playing and practice privileges, holiday bonuses, and other employee perks at a premier Southwest Florida private club.

Responsibilities

• Keep players on pace-of-play schedule and report problems to golf shop.
• Be the on-course customer service specialist for the facility.
• Promote facility programs, events, and image to the membership.
• Exhibit welcoming first contact with members and create enjoyable experiences.
