Esplanade Golf & Country Club Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Golf Course Maintenance Technician to support daily course conditioning and play readiness. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and contribute to a premier member experience.

You will perform essential ground maintenance, operate mowers and power tools, maintain bunkers, plant landscaping, and assist with course setups for play.

Qualifications

• Eyes for detail when maintaining greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles and power tools safely.
• Good reading skills for safety rules, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs ground maintenance tasks: mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Safely operates motorized vehicles with standard transmissions.
• Operates weed-eaters and blowers.
• Edge, trims, and rakes bunkers.
• Has advanced experience setting cups and preparing course for play.
• Plants trees and shrubs, maintains flower beds, weed control, and leaf removal.
• Fertilizes, prunes trees and shrubs, cuts, rolls, lays, and waters sod.
• Installs and maintains sand bunkers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performs ground maintenance tasks: mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Safely operates motorized vehicles with standard transmissions.
• Operates weed-eaters and blowers.
• Edge, trims, and rakes bunkers.
• Has advanced experience setting cups and preparing course for play.
• Plants trees and shrubs, maintains flower beds, weed control, and leaf removal.
• Fertilizes, prunes trees and shrubs, cuts, rolls, lays, and waters sod.
• Installs and maintains sand bunkers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
